Dave was wonderful to work with! I called him because I wanted to get some initials engraved onto the base of two champagne glasses. After we talked I sent him a picture of the glasses and he quickly sent back a mock up of what it would look like along with many font options to choose from. From there I was able to drop off the glasses same day and pick them up 24 hours later. I am super happy with the final product and will definitely be using Dave for his many skills in the future.
