Everybody was friendly and the work appears good(I am not done yet). They were busy and I did have a short wait. It would be nice if the made the crown right in the office.

I went to this location for a second opinion on some work I have to have done regarding upcoming cancer treatment. I was treated with honesty, respect, and a empathy for why I was there. The treatment plan was inclusive of work that wasn't included in the plan from the first office I visited. I was so pleased with how I was dealt with, I'm trying to get my wife to see them.

I love this office! Great customer service. They were planning their Halloween theme dress up the two minutes I had to wait. (Fun.) I worked in dentistry for 32 years and NEVER thought I would be able to find an office where the staff treated patients like we did at my office...and here they are in Gilbert! They treat you like family...and not a dysfunctional one. Great people...good hearts.

Everyone at this Dentist office is awesome! The receptionists are friendly, knowledgeable, and work great with scheduling in our active family life style. The hygienists are friendly, knowledgeable gentle and thorough. Dr. Birch is amazing. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very detailed in his work. I feel confident and know Im in good hands when I leave my appointments.
