ALL OTHER ANIMALS (birds, raccoons, bats, opossums, turtles, etc.) will be referred or transported to another wildlife rehabilitator - as we are currently focusing on certain species. We are licensed by the state of NC to rehabilitate small mammals, white-tailed fawns, & RVS wildlife. We are also registered as a Certified Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation.

Attempt capture only if you have the adequate equipment and container ready. Use gloves and/or a fleece blanket to place the animal in a box with air holes or a pet carrier. You may also want another person to assist. This is extremely important! Without specialized treatment, wildlife formula, and appropriate feeding supplies you WILL cause more harm.
