The older secretary is terrible. One of my appointments, I called in 20 minutes prior to my scheduled time, because I was in a car accident. I called and said, I am so sorry, I have to cancel. The secretary replied, "Oh well I hope you're having fun."
I called back later that day to reschedule. The same secretary rescheduled me. The following week I showed up for my appointment and the door was locked. I knocked and that same woman let me in and then asked me what I was doing there. I said I had an appointment. She then said, "No you don't". I told her, she was the one who scheduled me last week
