The part window size is 5 ft x 3 ft by 11 ft (H x W x L). The line speed ranges from 6 to 12 FPM with an average line speed 8 FPM.
The average line speed results in a process cycle time (1st part on to 1st part off) of ~ 2 hours. JIT has over 3,000 sq ft and work staff dedicated to Light Assembly and Custom Packaging allowing us to eliminate your need for handling parts after powder coating. With over 500 different color choices we have one that is right for you.

We expanded our Farmington facility in 2006. It is conveniently located just four miles east of I35. Our location allows JIT to service the needs of customers in Minnesota, western Wisconsin and northern Iowa. 48,000 sq ft building with 38,000 sq ft of manufacturing area, and 10,000 sq ft of warehouse.

JIT's small line conveyor system is a fully featured powder coating line designed to offer powder coating options for short runs or special color work at competitive pricing. JIT Powder Coating's small line conveyor washer is a heated 5 stage spray wash system with RO rinse. It is capable of using either traditional Iron Phosphate or Zirconium pretreatment chemistries based on end user requirements.
Batch

JIT Powder Coating dedicates over 6,000 sq ft to our batch operation. We are capable of handling parts as long a 45 ft, as wide as 10 ft and as tall as 8 ft and weighing up to 1000 lbs. This gives JIT one of the largest batch systems in the Upper Midwest. Axalta and Tiger Drylac both certify our batch operation to meet AAMA 2604 and 2605 using their certified powders.
Quality

JIT Powder Coating prides itself on having an excellent Quality Assurance programs in place. Every powdercoated part is visually inspected for cosmetic appearance. Every lot is tested for cure and adhesion using ASTM test methods. Color (using an X-rite colorimeter) and gloss are check at color changes.
