What a huge let down. Im a deaf hard of hearing client that called to come in to have my hearing aids fixed both are not working. My wife called and was told to come in at 2pm which we did only to find out they couldnt find the appointment. They take my hearing aids back while I sit filling out paper work except no less than 10 minutes a very young staff member tries to sign very horribly and tell my wife that she cant fix them. First of all she looks fresh out of college and looks very inexpereinced. Then she tries to peddle us hearing aids that are only good for seniors which you can buy at sears

I saw Dr. Brian Sawka for cerumen management. It was my first time going to an appointment for this and he was very gentle and made it a pleasant experience. Highly recommend to anyone!
