Bakery & Cafe
The bakery and cafe operation serves fresh-baked goods and meals while providing real-world work experiences. Our menu features artisan breads, pretzels, and specialty items made daily. This working environment allows trainees to develop food preparation and customer service skills in a professional setting.
Pretzel Wagon
Our mobile pretzel wagon brings fresh-baked products to various locations throughout the community. This initiative offers trainees experience in mobile food service operations while increasing public awareness of our programs. The wagon serves as both a sales channel and practical training platform.
Rural Initiative
The online rural initiative extends our training programs to remote communities through virtual instruction and support. This service provides accessible vocational development opportunities for individuals in underserved areas. Wholesale Bakery

Way above average food, as always !!! Glad to support a cause, our granddaughters Downs Syndrom doesn't slow her down but its good to know there's a place she could be accepted if she wanted to work while doing tech training.

I love Reality Kitchen. Everything is always fresh and delicious. I especially like the fruit danishes. They graciously agreed to make a carrot cake for a birthday and it was fabulous - and huge. So glad they are surviving the pandemic!!

A hidden gem on the River Road area! Excellent pastries, bread and other baked goods. Great sandwiches and soup and good coffee. The atmosphere is nice and non-pretentious and almost has a community center feeling to it, lots of regulars meeting and exchanging pleasantries. The staff is lovely too.

This place is phenomenal! The food is delicious, the prices are extremely affordable, the produce is fresh, the baked goods are soft. I've never been here before today and I'm actually a little upset about it. This place is a hidden gem. It's cozy, and the staff is super friendly. It's a job skills training program, and it's so awesome to see something like this. I'll be coming here again and again and again.
