Catalyst Chiropractic was organized in 2018, and is owned and operated by Dr. Matt Mundorf and his wife, Demi. Meet the dream team below! My name is Dr. Matt Mundorf. Chiropractic. I was born and raised right here in the Queen City. We established our practice as a team to serve individuals that desire to be healthy and active.

My name is Demi. I am originally from Florida, but most recently moved to Charlotte from Johnson City, Tennessee. Dr. Matt and I met there, and shortly thereafter we decided to pack our things and head to the Queen City to open up Catalyst Chiropractic. Dr. Matt and I took it upon ourselves to start Catalyst with one another.

We highly value our patients and their experience at Catalyst Chiropractic. Our patients are encouraged to communicate their health and financial goals with us so that we may find the perfect plan catered to their needs. Catalyst Chiropractic is a one-of-a-kind sports and exercise driven chiropractic facility.

Chiropractic adjustments tend to be a gradual process of moving the bones of your spine to a more correct position. Think of it like braces for your teeth. Looking down at computers, phones, and maybe even your own children, will take its toll over time. These activities work against our natural positions and can cause long term damage.

Myofascial Release is great for tight, stubborn muscles. We use two methods - manual and with an instrument. Manually, our doctors may do soft-tissue work in the form of Active Release, or Trigger Point Therapy to loosen up your neck, for example, before an adjustment. It feels much like a targeted massage.
