Led by Head Coach Makenna Cox, a former 360 athlete and coach with a Master's Degree in Coaching and Exercise Science, our team brings extensive expertise, including national-level stunt coaching experience and training with Olympians.We prioritize accessibility through flexible class schedules, a user-friendly Parent Portal for enrollment and billing, and a commitment to community engagement. Preschool Program
Our Preschool Program offers age-specific classes for children aged 18 months to 4 years. Focusing on foundational skills, we develop strength, flexibility, and coordination through playful, structured activities. Parent participation builds confidence while introducing basic gymnastics concepts in a safe, engaging environment.
Competitive Teams
AAU and USAG recognized competitive teams train for regional and national competitions. Athletes receive advanced skill development, specialized coaching, and performance preparation. Our teams emphasize discipline, teamwork, and technical excellence while maintaining the joy of gymnastics participation.
Parent and Me
Parent and Me classes create bonding opportunities while introducing toddlers to gymnastics basics. Structured activities improve motor skills and spatial awareness through guided exercises. This program builds comfort in the gym environment while establishing early fitness habits.
Stunt Training
Stunt Training develops strength, agility, and coordination for competitive athletes. Focused on advanced tumbling and partner stunts, this program enhances performance capabilities. Coaches with national championship experience guide athletes through progressive skill mastery and competition preparation.
Gymnastics Classes
Gymnastics Classes cater to all skill levels from beginners to advanced athletes. Comprehensive training covers floor exercises, apparatus work, and safety techniques. Makenna Cox
Head Coach
Makenna Cox holds a Master's Degree in Coaching and Exercise Science. She led Concordia University Irvine's nationally-ranked stunt team as captain and assistant coach. With 14 years of competitive gymnastics experience, including training with Olympians, she brings elite-level expertise to our program.

We offer classes for children aged 18 months through competitive team levels, with programs tailored to all skill levels.

We accept cash and debit card payments. Unfortunately, personal checks are not currently accepted.

My 2nd time visiting this facility. I love the fact that the kids have a place where they can go and learn the skills and at the same time build their self steam. The staff are very caring and supportive of their trainees. Thank you for all the hard work!

Picked up my niece, was surprised they were even open, due to Covid-19, only to find a bunch of 10 year old children running around with no mask and no social distancing... Reckless.

My daughter has been coming here for 3 years, her growth has been amazing, to see her love for the sport just warms my heart, the coaches are good with the kids and work with them on their trouble spots to overcome any issues...encouragement works wonders, and you can handle the corrective responses when it is done in love
