Have used DNDC for over 15 years. Have been super helpful whenever we're in a bind. Been through two phone conversion/ upgrades and both went smoothly.

Very poor phone install, has been over 5 months on new system and we still have multiple issues, not sure if it is a mitel issue or an poor install but we must prove we have an issue to have someone look at, does not seem correct after spending 50k on a system. BEWARE
