All pies are filled with local farm grown fruit. Jardine pumpkins from Kroul Farms are roasted, gutted and pureed to bright baking perfection! Wilson's Gold Rush apples fill each pie to the brim of its butter crust! Pecan Pies so caramely good with a hint of Cedar Ridge Bourbon. In-Laws, out-laws, kids, neighbors, dogs and friends in town all need food morning, noon and night!

Professionally trained in the art of traditional French pastry creation, sourcing of quality ingredients and building an organic community of patrons and employees, Jamie Powers has owned and operated Deluxe Iowa for over 16 years. Leader and baker, Heather Frost Hughes manages our bakery, cafe and operations.
