It symbolizes a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath. The flow can be anything from slow and gentle to steady and energizing.

Please sign up for all classes in advance: space is limited in ALL classes at Studio Seva, and walk-ins will only be accepted as space permits. If you use more than 8 classes before your renewal date, you can upgrade to the unlimited membership, or purchase an extra drop in or package; normal rates apply.

Studio Seva uses Wellness Living to manage our schedule and offer our clients online scheduling. All visitors and clients of Studio Seva are required to create an account, online, through our Wellness living software. Please create your account with the required information, sign the waiver, and purchase your drop-in, package, or membership, and then book your classes before you visit the studio.

Weekly Circus classes focus on learning basic skills to build strength from the ground up. Learn the basics and theory of the aerial hoop and silks: climbing, stretching, and creating fun shapes in the air. Learn the foundations of climbing, mounting, poses, and sequences, and get a fun workout at the same time.

Practice Aerial Yoga for a grounded aerial experience. Aerial yoga is taught on lower hammocks that don't spin, so all bodies and levels can dip their toes in the aerial pool with confidence and safety. Your group will learn the basics of Aerial Yoga and how we use a hammock for the Yoga practice as a prop.
