Took a covid test, was fast, guy was nice, said he'd call me in 15 minutes with my results. After 30 minutes with no phone call I called them to tell me the results. then I asked if they could send me an email with the results to show my employer, and they still haven't sent one. Overall pretty bad customer service, but I give them the benefit of the doubt cus they are probs a bit overworked at the moment.

I had my second visit with Dr. Sarah Cassidy today. She has been helping feel better with pain in my neck and arms. I do physically demanding job and realized I needed help. I like going to Dr. Sarah because she listens to my problems and offers advice and recommendations that are more in line with naturopathic medicine. I look forward to more visit to improve my wellbeing here in the future. Thank you to all the staff here as well. They are all very nice to work with.

Such an amazing practice! Dr. Sadler is always super sweet/personable & is a doctor that actually, genuinely cares about you & your health. The clinic itself has a relaxing atmosphere, & is clean (unlike others that I've been to) 10/10 would highly recommend Cascade Health Clinic for any health care needs.

I am so grateful my family found Dr Sadler 3 years ago. From the beginning she took the time to get to know our family and especially made the time to really understand our health history and concerns - that in itself is worth five stars. As a mom I appreciate so much how accessible and responsive Dr Sadler is, she is an empathetic listener and always has suggestions for things to try. While navigating some issues my daughter was having Dr Sadler left no stone unturned and brought in additional health care providers when needed and I felt confident that we were in good hands all the way through
