I've used ANR in the past for sewage cleanup and was extremely please with their services. I gave them a call to get a quote on Air Duct Cleaning and received a quick response from Chelsea with a great price. I got it scheduled and the technician, Chase, called me bright and early and showed up earlier than expected, which was great! When they arrived he explained everything that they were going to do and then got busy. They were professional, polite and friendly. They were hired to do a job to contain visible mold around a vent. From condensation. No further mold was found anywhere at all but they continued to cut out the remainder of a LARGER area to make sure they… matched the potential, worst case scenario quote. A quote that was to be discussed once they looked at the situation closer. Whenever I asked the worker why they did that, he said Jeff said they were to do it. Period. Jeff was to be on site during the job. He was not. They were to assess the situation and go from there with the cost and plan of action. they removed the width of the ceiling

This is the second time this year we have had ANR in our home. This week Tim came to tear up my floors and set ip the dry out equipment, then Chase and Chris came to pick it up 5 days later. I will always call ANR first whenever I have things needing to be done in my home. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. They are like a family and we trust them completely.
