Joseph was a pleasure to work with for supplying coffee to our co-working space! This is my favorite coffee roaster by far! Pour-over, drip pot, or cold brew -- any method of brew with their beans will yield a satisfying cup. My favorites are their African beans: the Ethiopian and Tanzanian. But Central/South American beans are still better than most roasters. Owner is a good guy to connect with too if you get a chance.
