Services
Prolotherapy
Prolotherapy stimulates healing through injections of natural substances, targeting chronic joint and musculoskeletal pain. Ideal for tendon or ligament injuries, this non-surgical treatment strengthens connective tissues. Patients benefit from reduced pain and improved mobility without steroids or surgery.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
PRP therapy uses concentrated platelets from the patient's blood to accelerate tissue repair. Effective for tendonitis, arthritis, and soft tissue injuries, it promotes cellular regeneration naturally. This outpatient treatment offers long-term relief by harnessing the body's healing mechanisms.
Stem Cell Therapy
Stem Cell Therapy utilizes bone marrow-derived cells to repair damaged tissues and reduce inflammation. It addresses joint degeneration, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Patients experience improved function and pain reduction through this minimally invasive approach.
Intravenous (IV) Therapy
IV Therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into the bloodstream to boost wellness and recovery. It supports immune function, hydration, and healing for chronic conditions or general wellness. Customized blends address individual health goals efficiently.
Nerve Hydrodissection
Nerve Hydrodissection relieves pain by separating compressed nerves from surrounding tissue using targeted fluid injections. It treats nerve-related discomfort from injuries or entrapment syndromes. Patients gain rapid symptom relief and restored mobility through this precise technique.

Feb 25, 2021 Report
Dr. Krasnick saved my left arm. I was considering amputating my right (dominant) arm because an Upper Extremity Orthopaedist told me my shoulder was so badly damaged that he could not repair the damage with surgery. I had three tears to my rotator cuff, and one in my subscapula and one in my bicep tendon. But Plasma Rich Platelets (PRP) saved my arm! I went from a pain level of a ten to zero! From zero range of motion to full range of motion! From not sleeping at all for almost a year because of the pain to sleeping like a baby. Dr. Krasnick is my hero. I owe him my life.

I was a patient of this wonderful doctor when he was working at the Warren office. He treated my left knee with prolotherapy and saved me from having to have a knee replacement. Recently I had issues with my right knee as well, so I went to Ann Arbor to see him in his new office, and he treated me with prolotherapy again. It's only a day later and it already feels better and more stable. I'm still grieving over the move, as I live pretty far from Ann Arbor, and I plan to do all in my power to convince Dr. Krasnick to open a second small office on the east side so that his former patients

I have been seeing Dr. Krasnick for PRP and Prolotherapy since 2010. I had my first visit to the new Krasnick Regenerative Medicine at 210 Little Lake Dr STE 8, Ann Arbor, MI 48103, this week after breaking an ankle. I could not be more pleased with Dr Krasnick and his efforts to keep me out of surgery or his office staff's helpfulness. He listens, explains the underlying condition, and even remembers the results of MRIs run several years ago. Unlike the average joe just passing out pills, Dr. Krasnick focuses on ultrasound diagnosis, cutting edge treatments and physical therapy. The new
