Horizon Home Builders opened its doors in the summer of 2003 and has since built more than 1,000 homes in and around Savannah, GA. The company is owned by brothers, Richard and Robert Flanders, who grew up in the Savannah area.

We at Horizon Home Builders understand that the process of purchasing a new home can be stressful. Therefore, we have partnered with several "preferred" lenders in the area that will help simplify this process for you. These local lenders have a wealth of knowledge and experience and more importantly they will all pick up their phones when they are needed.

As soon as you can, start reading websites, newspapers, and magazines that have real estate listings. Keep track of what interests you. How many bedrooms? Single story or two? It is always a good idea to speak with a lender to determine how much house you can afford before shopping. The best way to do that is to get pre-qualified for a mortgage.
