Steve Engel, RLA is the founder of Vista Design, Inc. and serves as its managing director. Mr. Engel is a Registered Landscape Architect licensed in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia with more than 24 years of industry experience encompassing project management, land planning, site evaluation, zoning, site design, aesthetic landscape design, permitting, and contractor bidding and selection.
