On my first visit, there was an issue with Jill Bass not being able to find my relevant medical records in their "new system", which took up a considerable amount of time. However, she did eventually find them and proceeded to give me an exam. I continued to see her for a couple months, without incident or any follow-up exams, and for the most part, I found her to be reasonable, empathetic and conducted herself in a relatively professional manner. However, recently, I went in because I had just had an acute injury 2 weeks prior and was not able to find relief. After an hour and a half wait, Jill
