Certified by the California Secretary of State, Moonlight Mobile Notary offers notary public document signing services to north San Diego County. As part of my notary commission, I have completed all required courses and written exams as well passing a thorough background check by the FBI and the California Department of Justice.

You must show a current government ID or has been issued within the past 5 years [Civil Code Section 118(c)(3)&(4)]. Identification must have a photograph, description and signature of the person, and an identifying number. Examples are a identification card or driver's license issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles, a U.S. Passport, or military ID card.
