I wanted a personalized gift for my sons graduation from high school. I thought for sure I was too late, but I spoke with Justin at 2pm, texted him what I wanted on a mug and it was ready by 5:00pm!! FROM A TEXT!! My graduate LOVES IT!!! We boarded a plane the next day to fly out of state to my sons graduation and I had the mug with me. Great customer service. We chose the faux leather mug and it is beautiful!! Very impressed how Justin was able to replicate the design from a text. Photos included show what I sent & the finished product.
