J. R. Flasowski Septic Services has been in operation since 2007. Prior to that time, J. R. worked hand in hand with his parents doing septic work in the Brenham area. He has over 20 years of septic experience! We install in Washington and surrounding counties and are proud to be a local business supporting our local community.
R. met Suzanne Schawe Flasowski in 2001. They were longtime neighbors whose paths never crossed until that time. They both were born and raised in Brenham, TX, and graduated from Brenham High School. In 2006, they married and moved to Carmine, TX. For 10 years they lived in Carmine. Justin worked on establishing his shop and septic business, while Suzanne taught math at Round Top-Carmine Elementary, and later became Principal.

Services
A conventional septic system utilizes two separate septic tanks which are piped in a series. A gravity-flow solid line runs from the tank to a gravel drain field. This system works best with well drained sandy/sandy-clay soils where a there is some slope to the land. A Low Pressure Dosing, or LPD system, utilizes two septic tanks piped into a third pump tank.

Report
Avoid excessive use of garbage disposal and never dump grease down your sink as this can damage your system. Do not build driveways, storage buildings, or other structures over the treatment tanks or drain field lines. Showers typically use less water than a full bath. If taking a bath, reduce the level in the tub to help conserve greywater flowing in to the septic tank.
