Before I became a massage therapist I had worked in high end food service industry as a chef, a manager and a caterer. After 17 years I was tired of the grind and looking for something completely different. That summer I took a retreat to Big Sur. After receiving a massage one afternoon I took a walk amongst the towering redwoods and it hit me.
