Im not one to leave reviews, but wanted to provide an honest warning to anyone looking to live here. First, I will say that Julian is awesome, and always willing to help. The community is great with a nice location. The reason for the low star rating is how terrible the apartments and property is maintained. The theme here seems to be that saving money is more important than the customers. They hire cheap companies to fix things to the bear minimum. Itll break 2 weeks later, or the job wont be done right. This isnt about the new maintenance staff, theyve improved a lot.

Lived here a year during my time in Arizona. Staff was always very friendly and took care of any issues quickly. Apartment faced the park and had beautiful views. The proximity to the park is also a great benefit for exercise. I would recommend Chazel to anyone.

Great place to live. Right on the green belt the mangment where very good the grounds are well kept and has wonderful facilities heated pool spa and gym was nice. Only left here as we moved state if we were still in AZ we would still be here.
