1 Haxton's Canvas & Uphlostery, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "HCU", warrants its products from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of retail purchase to the original purchaser. This coverage is on a repair or replace basis as determined by HCU upon receipt and inspection of goods, freight prepaid, to the location of HCU.
