It seems Dr Panagotacos is semi retired because I'm usually seeing the nurses. Had a biopsy on a mole done, and usually the results take a week. I called in a week and was told results usually take two days but it can take longer if a second opinion is needed, which is not very reassuring. On the two week mark I call back and was told that a letter was sent out and they were going to call me, meaning they knew it was benign for a couple of days. Their process is terrible. I suffered through additional days of extreme stress and anxiety. They need to call back ASAP with results. Previous to

A couple of years ago, they found a pencil point sized mark on my back. I didn't have a clue there was a potential killer there. Because it was found so early and some aggressive surgery, I was able to avoid chemo and am clear today. So much for history... They check me a few times every year. The the staff is polite and very thorough. I happily recommend them to anyone who asks.

This was my first visit and the doctor was respectful thorough and kind. She scanned my body for any skin problems, She answered my questions and removed and froze a couple of questionable things. I left feeling reassured and well taken care of and I will return next year!
