Horrible customer service! We spent five thousand dollars on a luxury tub. After a few years, it's leaking...took several phone calls and emails over almost a month only to get the wrong parts delivered. When I called to ask for a return shipping label and the correct parts shipped, I was verbally attacked and shut down by Doug. I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I can't fathom how this place is still in business with such a rude, demeaning, condescending businessperson handling customer calls. Move along and spend your money elsewhere.

I bought steam shower L523 from Aquapeutics 9year ago. I love all options this shower provide with: steam, waterfall, massages, lights, radio/MP3, telephone connection. All hydraulics and electronics works perfect. The service people are very nice and friendly. Ordered parts (if rarely needed) coming in time for the reasonable price (free at the warranty period). Thank you for selling me a good product.

I purchased a steam tower and jacuzzi from the company and had a technical problem. I called customer service and reached Doug. Although we returned our shower, Aquapeutics was extremely accommodating, professional and understood our issues. They kept in touch and helped us through the return process with no arguments at all. Great customer service.
