It's the perfect time to put some corn in the freezer. We are picking a variety called Obsession - which is the Witten Family's pick for freezing! However, if mother nature cooperates, we should have our bi-color sweet corn through mid-October. Due to varying harvest times, canning tomatoes are not available at every market daily.
We recommend placing a special order by contacting the office or your local Witten Market. We can't guarantee specific delivery dates, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. We're nearing the end of Homegrown Blackberry Season here at the farm, so make sure you enjoy them before they're gone!

Sweet Corn
Report
The growing season for sweet corn only lasts a few months, but growing Witten's World Famous Sweet Corn is a year round obsession. We tend to our corn's every need starting with a good foundation: healthy soil. By planting conservation crops, turning the soil, and throwing in a pinch of lime, we give the soil an organic feast of nutrients.
Fruits and Veggies
Report
Please keep in mind that due to ripening times and quantities harvested, we MAY NOT have all items available at all times. If you are looking for something in particular, we recommend you call ahead. Run-Down-Your-Arm-Juicy is the only way we can describe our Sweet Georgia Peaches. We've been purchasing them from the same grower for over 50 years because when you find something this good, you stick with it.

We hand pick our produce 7 days a week so you can receive your sweet corn within 12 hours of being picked, and all other veggies within 48 hours. We have been feeding Ohio since 1958, all the while gaining experience and building strong consumer relationships. Wholesale orders can only be picked up at our main farm, located at 16670 State Route 60, Lowell, OH 45744.

We are excited to announce we now have the capability to accept SNAP/EBT at all of our Farm Market locations. We gladly accept Ohio SFMNP Coupons on all Ohio grown and homegrown produce. This project has been funded at least in part with Federal funds from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the support of the Ohio Department of Aging, Buckeye Hills Regional Council and LifeCare Alliance (equal opportunity providers).
