I chose this company because I try to support black owned businesses whenever possible. I chose Taj and his business because of the great reviews. He and two of his employees did some work on my sisters home. Her experience was not as great as others. We were initially told that the repairs would be finished in a weekLet me first say that his two employees that installed tile(professional job) replaced a back door, and installed a ceiling fan, (good job) came and did what was needed, and finished on schedule. I was hoping my experience was as good as the other reviews state. Unfortunately, I am giving this a low rating because of lack of professionalism and tardiness,. Taj came (or was supposed to come) several times to my unit, he was at least 60min late to every single time, he even gave me his estimated time of arrival according to his GPS but then shows up way later than that. There was several times when he was supposed to come and he didn't with no notice. He wasted so much of my time which was so unprofessional. His work was "all right"; did not work as expected but he at least tried. I still
