Four visits to try to fix a washer parts replaced and same issue continued as soon as the technician left. Paid over $300 for parts and service that was useless. When I told them that we no longer wished for the service for the 5th time since the problem continued I was told that they would bill me for the last service date if there was a balance! No thank you, there better be no bill for an issue that was never fixed! Do not recommend!!

Yesterday Matt completed an emergency repair on our Maytag refrigerator and went above and beyond the call to give us great service. His proactive telephone staff arranged the emergency appointment, which had to be scheduled after normal hours and required Matt to drive a substantial distance. Based on information about the problem symptoms we shared on the phone, Matt ordered the part and got it within hours. I own a GE Electric Stove, and the oven heating element burned out. I had no idea what to do but my wife suggested I call the company - I did.
