Kevin and Kurt were a dynamic duo. We called to have them come out and fix our Weber Genesis 450 BBQ...showed up on time and wearing masks! As I walked them through our house Kevin (the owner) noticed our fireplace insert and commented that he worked on this unit at the manufacturing facility and had one at home. Our insert stopped working last winter and Kevin started working on the insert immediately. Well, they fixed it, cleaned it and added pretty embers that glow now that our insert is working!! And gave me a tutorial on the remote for the insert! We were thrilled! Kevin finally made it the

Horrible customer service, and not polite at all. Will never use this company again. Seen our house and took total advantage of the situation. They do not stand behind there word. The glass they "cleaned" you can see the smudges from the windex residue. They also don't know how to tune a fireplace. Will be reporting them to the BBB.

Kevin came out to clean our dryer. We were having issues with the laundry taking longer and longer to dry over time. My wife mentioned Lint Sweep and thought it would be a good idea to make an appointment to clean the dryer and that it might help with our clothes drying problem.
BOY DID IT! Kevin pulled all kinds of lint and pocket trash out of the dryer as well as the vents leading to outside.
I would highly recommend using Lint Sweep. They were professional and tidy! Great customer service. We will be using Lint Sweep again!
