Our baguettes, sliced and baked until crisp with thyme, garlic, olive oil, fresh ground pepper and Kosher salt. A sandwich shaped loaf with sunflower seeds, bulgur, millet, flax seed, polenta, and whole wheat flour. Artisan bread at Coco is baked from recipes developed by Noreen Ovadia Wills during her two-decade-long experience baking bread, pastries and cakes.

A hint of bacon, beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, rutabaga all baked in a flaky pie crust. Sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots, onions, all baked in a flaky pie crust with a great curry flavor. Almost a pound of our fantastic lasagna with Spinach, brocolli, fresh fennel, carrots, red peppers, ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, asiago, & marinara.

Whether you have 6 in your party or are planning for an event with 600, we have lunch covered. Whole Wheat Oatmeal or Farmhouse White bread, choice of ham or turkey, choice of Wisconsin cheddar or provolone. Mayo, butter or yellow mustard on the side, served on the side with a Gala apple. Local Smoked Lake Trout with Horseradish Cream Cheese and House Pickled Red Onion on Cranberry Walnut Baguette.

We compost all our food wastes. Most of our light bulbs are CFLs. Our boiler system also heats our water.
