Not an apartment, but a home. Lived here going on year 6 now and I do not see myself searching for a new complex anytime soon. The maintenance staff is second to none!! If you're in the market for an apartment, I would stop here first. You won't be disappointed.

Great apartment complex. Maintenance is always very polite and quick to fix any service requests. Love the gated community. Apartment is in a great location and is close to everything.

The Boulders are such a great place to live. It is a quiet and gated neighborhood and I feel safe living here. I also love the size of my bathroom and walk in closet!

Genuinely a great, well-kept apartment complex in an even better part of town. We've been here nearly 2 years and have had nothing but good interactions and help from management and maintenance for any issues that may arise. Some of the nicest and up-to-date apartments in Shreveport and Bossier. The one minute drive to Youree is a big plus too.
