Regular Cleaning: For those who have used our service or another professional cleaning service within the 30 days. Before we arrive: If the home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has excessive buildup, please add the flat-rate "Heavy Duty" extra to the booking.

Once we arrive: Any work performed outside the regular scope such as de-cluttering or organizing will be charged at our hourly rate prior to starting the actual service.This applies to any situation, which would prevent us from initiating the cleaning process at arrival. For this service, we provide a solution for any requests you may have including extras that usually would be considered add-ons.

We personally train each cleaner to provide nothing but excellent services to our clients and will ensure that your property is cleaned, freshen, and inspected for each new guest checking in. We provide late hours support and bookings by phone, e-mail, or text message to guarantee a smooth process for you, our cleaners, and your guests.
