It didn't take Ryan Cinelli and Jordan Snow long to decide that the Lakeview Terrace Resort was just what they were looking for. Cinelli had a look in November and took in the quaint cabins set on a terraced hillside above Lewiston Lake with plenty of space for children to play and adults to relax.
And, the place has history. He and Snow had been on the hunt for just such an opportunity. They purchased the resort in March and have been cleaning and restoring its buildings along with workers they've hired. There will be hot dogs and soft drinks, a raffle and tours provided. Cinelli and Snow come to Trinity County from Hermosa Beach, Calif., where he had been working in real estate.
