Services
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling services deliver complex, high-tolerance components using advanced 3-axis and 5-axis machines. Ideal for prototyping and production runs, we work with metals like aluminum, steel, and titanium, as well as engineering plastics. Clients benefit from rapid turnaround and tight tolerances of 0.0005 inches.
CNC Turning
We provide automated CNC turning for cylindrical parts with features like threading, grooving, and knurling. Capable of handling bar stock up to 12 inches in diameter, our Swiss-style lathes ensure precision for high-volume orders and complex geometries.
Laser Cutting
Our fiber laser systems cut intricate shapes in metals up to 0.5 inches thick, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. This non-contact method ensures clean edges, minimal material waste, and compatibility with custom CAD designs for rapid production.
Injection Molding
We create durable plastic parts using hot runner and cold runner injection molding. Services include mold design, prototyping, and production for industries like automotive, consumer goods, and medical devices, with materials ranging from polyethylene to polycarbonate.
Prototype Development
From CAD files to functional prototypes, we use 3D printing, CNC machining, and rapid tooling to validate designs before mass production. This reduces development costs and accelerates time-to-market for startups and established manufacturers.

I have used Holtwood Machine routinely for most of my machining needs while working in the area. Typically when I am going to them it is because something has gone wrong, and I have always found them to be extremely helpful and accommodating. In my industry every hour counts and with their help I have been able to overcome a number of issues and have been able to keep the work moving forward.
