You may now FREEZE or CANCEL your VIP memberships online. You have to cancel or freeze 5 days prior to your billing date. If you FREEZE your VIP membership you will be charged $4.00 monthly. If you CANCEL your VIP membership before the end of your VIP contract, then you MUST pay your early cancellation fee before the VIP membership is cancelled.

VIP Memberships is the Best Value! You sign up for the VIP Membership unlimited package of your choice. Fill out a short authorization form, pay a one-time set up fee plus the first prorated month to get started, and then your monthly membership fee is automatically drafted from your credit or debit card each month on the date you chose when you signed up.

In accordance with state and federal regulations, all new clients must complete the New Client Questionnaire. You may complete this questionnaire online (below) or in the salon. You must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon your initial visit and have it available during subsequent visits.
