Dr. Joshua Kolmetz was born and raised in Baker, Florida. He graduated from high school in 1997 as class Valedictorian and moved to Gainesville, Florida where he completed his undergraduate degree with high honors in 2000. Jonathan Aspinwall grew up in the Crestview, Florida area.
He graduated in 2009 with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida and in 2014 with his Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama.Dr. Dennis Stewart, a Crestview native, has been practicing medicine for 32 years. He graduated from University Of Florida College of Medicine in 1986 and specializes in general surgery.

Amy is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She has been with our team at Main Street Medical for the past 2 years. She began her medical career as a Registered Nurse in 2004. Prior to becoming an ARNP she worked in the Emergency Department at North Okaloosa Medical Center for 5 years. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
