In 1999, Dinah completed an extensive apprenticeship with Dr. Jurgen Klein, the creator of the product line Jurlique, on his biodynamic farm and manufacturing facility in Australia. Dr. Klein was a chemist integrating alchemical extractions, aromatherapy and natural medicine into his formulations. Since experiencing the healing, rejuvenating results of this work, Dinah has been committed to using natural skin care.
When the Klein's retired and sold Jurlique, Dinah decided to create a few simple products based on these principles, without all the water, fillers and irritating chemical preservatives. Made in tiny batches, these products are not sold for the mass market and your skin will know the difference. Ashland Wholistic Skin Care is set in a beautiful earth plaster studio in the home of practitioner Dinah Breakell.
