Westhaven canvassers came through our neighborhood in Vacaville and were very friendly. I scheduled a consultation appointment and met with Kelly Hayes in January of 2021. He was very understanding when I told him that we had just started our solar power process and wanted to do a little more research and obtain other quotes before choosing a company. Throughout the next few months when I spoke with other companies and had questions, Kelly was always available to offer his expertise and experience without adding any extra sales pressure. Avoid Westhaven. Decent sales experience, however the service is non existent. They could careless to provide any post installation support, which is really sad. Their locality was the selling point for me. I recommend Tesla, or someone with national presence.

First off I want to make it clear that my rating is based solely off Westhavens sales tactics, & not on actual service, since I don't plan on having that experience. About 2 weeks ago a neighbor texted me warning solar guys were in the area. She knows I have 2 babies & worked really hard to get the younger one a nap every day since I never trained the first, & that it was his nap time. In response I thanked her & immediately put a sign over the doorbell that read, "Baby Sleeping. Please don't ring doorbell." Within 10 min of putting the sign up, the doorbell
