During his time in College at the University of South Florida and in the MLB, Hemo played for Baseball royalty such as Tony La Russa and Joe Torre to name a few. He also played alongside baseball greats such as Rickey Henderson, Bo Jackson, Dennis Eckersley, and Ozzy Smith.

We will do tee work, heavy bag training, and multiple drills to lay the foundation and create a better understanding for hitters of all ages.

The Hemo Hitting foundation teaches players a hitting philosophy developed by MLB veteran, Scott Hemond. It requires the hitter to execute isolated swing movements with rhythm, control, and continuity. The constant rhythmical "rocking" allows us to slow it down and get everything working together. It decreases stress, increases muscle memory, and creates a flow that fosters better timing and synchronization.
