They have the shoes that are built in a superior fashion, comfort, structure & style, nothng else compares. Met, Kay, (over-the-phone), SO helpful, sweet, delightful. Couldn't wait to go. Found all employees to be super nice, well-informed. Owner, Randy, is completely present, hands-on and
the kindest man you could ever meet. Rarely do you meet folks with such honor. Thank you all, take care and God Bless!!

My first visit to the store. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I explained to the person waiting on me what I was looking for. She spent over 2 hours with me helping me find the shoes that fit best and never once seemed impatient. She brought out different styles and sizes until I found 3 pairs that fit well. I was told to take home and wear and if not happy I could return. The entire staff was friendly and I will not hesitate to go back the next time I need shoes. Totally an enjoyable experience for me.

Great Place to pickup shoes for me since i had a Ruptured Achilles Tendon several years back. No matter the price always invest in keeping your feet healthy and happy. Great service as well.

Great shoe store. Great service and the staff are knowledgeable. I shop here more often than I like. My supination means I wear out a pair of shoes every 3 to 6 months. So far the shoe that holds up the best is a New Balance 928. Not many places carry that shoe and especially not in 4e. I am trying an insole they have just for supination. We'll see how that works. It has helped other customers.

First time there today (2/27/2021). Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable of what I needed, super patient, and the best thing they dont push you to buy stuff. The lady that helped me brought me several shoes to try on and explained what to do to help with my feet pain. I highly recommend Randys Shoes. Will definitely be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience on my visit to purchase tennis shoes a couple of months ago. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helped me to find the type of tennis shoe I needed.After having two full knee replacements, I needed a stable shoe. I couldn't be happier with what they recommended for me. My other experiences at Randy's Shoes have also been wonderful. I have purchased all of my Birkenstocks from them. They are my go to for shoes.
