Dr. Flanigan is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in foot surgery and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Flanigan is a graduate of Wheaton College in Illinois and received his medical training from Temple University.
