If your visit is due to an accident, such as Workers' Compensation or No Fault claim, it is important that we have all insurance information at the time of your visit.

Most insurances do not charge a copay but there may be a copay or deductible applied to the testing we do with a PE such as EKG, PFT (spirometry) and hearing test. Check with your insurance carrier and let us know if you want those tests done with your PE. When you schedule your visit, we will tell you when you should arrive and how you can prepare.
