This placed is horrible at answering phone calls , I had to call more then 7 times than I spoke to admissions and was placed for a very long time in hold, this facility needs customer services training,!!!!!

I found Foothill Heights Care Center very helpful, knowledgeable in the medical industry, and very organized. They helped me find what I needed and their rates are very affordable. I will refer many other patients to their facilities in the near future. They helped my family as well.I needed to take care of my grandmother and they gave me pointers on how to care for her. Their website has useful information and allows you to speak to an medical assistant and schedule and appointment at their facility. I really loved how they welcomed me with open arms!
