Honestly, I love this store so much! They are always friendly and affordable- I'd give 5 stars but I got turned away from the store at 7:55; I only needed one quick item, but I guess they actually close at 7:55?

The employees are both helpful and friendly, which is nice. If one employee can't help you, they will call for an employee who CAN. I feel they deserve 5 stars

Would give 5 stars but very often I go and they don't have the part I need. They have only a few selections in each area. Sometimes I can adapt my project but other times I'm left with needing to go to a different store. They do have good customer service... When you can find someone.

Ace Hardware is a great store. I'd much rather go here than any of the "big box" stores. We moved here 10 months ago and I haven't had to go to a big box store since. We've been to Ace a lot and they've always had everything we've needed. I love the hometown feel and very friendly staff. Most of the time I'm not sure exactly what I need and there's always someone available to help. Today we needed stain for the stairs on the back of our house. Becca was amazing and helped us get exactly what we needed. She was very helpful and friendly. She talked and treated us like she'd known us for years.

I went in knowing what I wanted and the man that was sent to help me. Was rude wouldn't listen to me. All I wanted was a set screw. I know I talk women talk when it comes to hardware stuff. He kept telling me I needed something else and I don't know what a set screw is. I said I never get good help when I come here. Then he told me there's the door.
