Super friendly from the moment we walked into the store. Greeted right when we walked in and helped immediately, was looking for my daughter's first pair of ballet shoes, they helped her fit into the perfect pair, the prices are great and the items are great quality. I will be returning here whenever my daughter is in need of more ballet things

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted in finding the right dance shoes for my daughter and were very patient. I feel like the prices in the store went up and when I mentioned what dance school we were with I didnt receive a discount as I did the previous time shopping there. The pros of going into the physical store is to get the proper fit but the cons are the prices could be on the higher end.

I would give this place a 0 if possible! The front desk woman was incredibly rude...no one offered to help my wife or daughter (who was ecstatic to be there)...my wife took my daughter to the shoe section and the two teenage girls working their had zero customer service skill and didn't even speak with her...we waited patiently for over 15 minutes while no one spoke to us then when no one offered to help my wife saw the shoes for my daughter so she grabbed them for my little girl...the teenager working there barked at my wife that she has to help us and then proceeded to tell the other teenager

Pros: had exactly what I was looking for
Cons: DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE POC (person of color). Right when I walked in EVERYONE was staring at me. I was VERY uncomfortable and nobody greeted me or asked if I needed any help. On top of that, when I was walking to the place I needed to go. People were still staring at me. Yes, it is normal to check who is at the door. However, it is NOT normal to have all customers and employees STARE AT YOU. It was very uncomfortable. I've talked to my other POC friends and all have agreed with me. Everyone said that their own experiences there were HEAVILY

Was in and out. Needed a new pair of tap shoes for my daughter. They were very helpful and found the pair that worked on the first try. My wife has gone a few times before and has had great service too.
