Every employee I have dealt with at Bobs has been phenomenal! I had scheduled carpet install with a small outfit, they kept changing the price on us. Finally I washed my hands of them the day prior to install. I called Big Bobs in Liberty and told Joe my situation he held a install date for me only 3 days from the day I called. I went in that night to make my selections. Paul the manager helped us along the way and did not rush us even though it was closing time. We got the carpet we wanted at a really great price! The installers were early and very professional installed 1300 sqf and a set

Bethany at Big Bob's was wonderful to work with! We were working on a tight timeline to get an estimate on flooring for a grant submission and she arranged to have the measuring done quickly and safely (due to COVID-19). She then worked up the estimate and had it to me the next business day. I highly recommend them!
