Did a pathetic job on my Maltese dog. We asked them to leave some hair and no clean shave... To our surprise they shaved him to the skin. The poor dog is still in extreme stress & trauma; still very scared and not being normal, stopped eating food and pooping; behaving very weird & abnormal; shakes his head violently. It been 2 days now... Had to call Vet today. These guys should have called me first before doing a clean shave.. My wife clearly instructed them to leave at least 1/2 inch hair. There were no mattings except very small ones at 1-2 odd spots... The groomer may have taken a shortcut
