Many things separate Southern Shutters from other companies you might encounter. Since 1993, we have been offering Georgetown, Austin, Cedar Park, Lakeway, Dripping Springs and several other neighboring cities and communities with truly exceptional products and experiences simply not available anywhere else.
Our History
Report
In 1993, Southern Shutters opened its doors in North Austin as Southern Shutters. We rented a building previously used to clean ball-bearings off Howard Lane and N. I35. The space was odd shaped, with cleaning vats built into the floor. Due to increasing demand, space quickly became an issue. In the early years, we relied on larger companies to supply us with raw shutter panels.

When you call Southern Shutters for an in-home consultation, we will set up a time to discuss a varied selection of window treatments and make decisions about the styles you would like in your home. This consultation is complimentary; our factory representative will come to your house and measure your windows, discuss your options, and give you a quote for the project.
